Neil Staker | Founder, Master TrainerNeil founded PeopleSmart Solutions in 1997 and thoroughly enjoys working with his clients and the thousands of people who have benefited from his training. He is equally adept at instructing executives and line employees in industries ranging from financial services, technology, government, non-profit, aerospace, and more. Neil holds a Master of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University and has worked as an internal change agent and project manager. He is a certified Master Trainer for the popular Crucial Conversations, Crucial Confrontations, and Influencer programs from VitalSmarts™. Darrell Harmon | Master TrainerDarrell has worked for a decade and a half in Training and Human Resources helping people improve their performance and relationships. He has worked in organizations of various sizes in manufacturing, high-tech, human services, and printing in the US and Western Europe. His passion is to help people become more productive and engaged in their work. He brings practical insights into applying and benefiting from best-practices research.
Darrell is a Master Trainer in Crucial Conversations®, Crucial Confrontations™, and Influencer Training™ by VitalSmarts. He holds additional training certifications in other areas of personal and interpersonal effectiveness. He earned a Master of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University, and graduated cum laude from CSU, Chico with a bachelor’s degree in Human Communication Studies. Mark Carpenter | Master TrainerMark is master certified in Crucial Conversations and Crucial Confrontations and a certified trainer in Influencer Training. Before joining PeopleSmart Solutions in 2006, Mark spent 20 years in corporate public relations for high tech and financial services orgainzations. His work included managing communication with customers, partners and the media as well as training management and other employees on working with the news media and handling crises. Laura LillywhiteLaura is the office manager for PeopleSmart Solutions, meaning she does her best to keep the four men in the office in line. Her other duties include managing shipping, scheduling courses, corresponding with participants, booking venues, answering phones and occasionally serenading the office. She has a degree from the University of Utah in Linguistics and loves to speak French and dabble in other languages. She previously worked for the Jordan School District in the Curriculum Department. Bryan Arndt
Bryan’s role at PeopleSmart Solutions is helping clients identify vital behaviors that keep them from the results they expect. He values the sales process as necessary and personal. He has been part of the sales and marketing process for more than 15 years and feels that “sales make the world go round.” His experience includes working with organizations at local, regional, national, and international levels. He received his MBA in 2002 and loves the business process. He is married with 4 children and loves sports.
